Lead aiming would actually decrease the time of a fight as you'd beat them faster- it's best to use a sub-machine gun, such as an uzi or tec-9s. Shoot where the target is running, and find out approximately how far you need to shoot ahead (1cm, 2cm, whatever).
[You probably could mathematically work it out by timing how fast you sprint, then looking at the ping, measured in milliseconds, etc- but I'd like to stay the hell away from maths personally when relaxing].

Once you see that they take damage when you shoot ~1 cm, for example, in front of where they're running, always aim for 1cm in front of them, and you'll take them out. If you practise this in a fight against someone with high-ping (not a lagger, as laggers warp- there's a difference), then after a week or so you'll become a much stronger fighter, as most people you'll fight will have about a .5cm difference.
