Where are you from? Everyone knows people use that animal to be racist. Even though it doesn't actually mean they ARE monkeys, people use monkeys to be racist towards them.

I have never heard some one call some one else a monkey for a racial insult.
When I said "Monkey" I meant the animal, seeing as how I can not make out the face.
