It could be anyone. Is it likely? No. Is it possible? Yes.

And Fry, if you say IPs can't prove anything then you're questioning the ban system of LVP - we use IPs to prove if someone's ban evading. Nothing is 100% accurate, but I feel this is close and obvious enough.
