He means your clan's subforum. You can't access there as you're not classed as a CF on this foroum. Go to Profile > Group Membership then click 'Request Membership' by CF and then when the CF subforum's moderator (Lil_D) see's your request, he'll accept it then you can see your gang's subforum.
