I doubt theres gonna be lag and warp, well all online games have lag and warp, but it will be at a minimal imo as Rockstar can perfect anything they work on GTA wise oO

In other words, GTA IV will be released on PC (confirmed by Rockstar, finally).
America on November 18th and Europe on November 21st. Awesome!

You will most likely have to install Vista to run it.
That means I'll end up having a 10 GB partition wasted just to play IV.
