@ Just_Nobody, there are some methods on internet to get rid of it, but they're long and you need to delete some system files, safe mode boot etc etc; now, I found this simple option, see if it works:

Since you said your Vista is genuine, download that, run it, and if it indeed shows everything is genuine, close it, restart your computer and see if the not genuine copy shit is gone.
Not sure it'll work, but it should if your O.S. is really genuine.
