True that it's short but you can see that the graphics are good. It's really an improvement of the previous GTA versions. Let's hope the gameplay also is an improvement.

Wow, that topic rocks!
And I think the engine is looking good, as you can see when the pedestrians are walking. Rockstar only wanted to spark the build-up of GTA4, and get us debating. Expect some more in the few coming months

LC is based on NYC duhhhh
but GTA4 will be BIGGER and BETTER, so more parts of NYC and (central park, broadway, manhattan)
BTW, LC has a diverent lay-out then the real NYC
google maps
and LC has no statue of liberty....

Everyone is saying that they should have picked London, Paris, Tokyo, or whatever. But it's very simple why they have chosen NY/Manhattan. It's an island. Every GTA so far takes places in/on an Island, so that lame invisble walls won't be neccesary in the game. And look on the bright side, maybe Manhattan will be just one of the islands wich will be featured in the game.
