I'd say most of the ppl are kinda lieing on their Driving skills..
as far as I've seen: Some ppl who thinks they're driving skills are 9/10 even tho they hit the objects etc.. you can rly say that yours it 9/10 if you have done all the car-driving lessons in Single Player at least on Silver. then you can say its 9/10
and same goes in the Sawnoff Shotguns..

ppl use to overrate themselves. I see this as a job interview, if u rate urself high ppl think they get in althought they probably don't have the skills. I've played sa-mp pretty long but I'd still rate myself to 8/10 in almost everything.
