The district Ganton should be reserved for the orange party, otherwise it will turn into a minority that has to share with the red party to have a draw with the majority of blue party members.

In your first presidental period you should create a solid system, even when it costs you alot of time and money. We need a solid Senate/President system that works fine with alot of players, after that we should create more districts.
