You all have to realise 1/2 of everythingis fakr, and real. I bet you didn't know they actually bleed. They use these small blades and cut themselves, that's why they rub their head to check for blood, cuz that's when they cut it. How do they get this blade you ask? 3/4th of the time the ref checks them when they are knocked down and then gives it to them while the camera is not focused on the wrestler. other 1/4th is when they strap the blade on their boot or in it.
But of course, the mouth blood is fake (capsule)
