If you use Google, you will almost definitely be at risk of using copyrighted images in your signature.
Although nobody cares, so meh.

You could try stock photos -- although photographers generally don't try to expose and frame the subjects highlighted in Grand Theft Auto, you might find a few good things.
However, you will also find that they are generally very expensive.
If you use the preview image in your signature, that is also copyright violation.
