LVP-Speedworld
Rules:
max 40 players
boundaries: LVP-Only
Time: max 4 Hrs
Goal: Gain as much points as possible (money)

server: Different server besides LVP

kill other players
Play in the casino
lotery (max 100 tickets available, max 10 tickets pp, 1 drawing 5 minuten before the gane ends, tickets available for $250.000, prize = sold tickets x 250.000 so max 25 Mio)

Weapons (tec, uzi, M4, sawns (NO SPAWNS !))
lottery tickets
health (foodstores, not for 2 dollar, let's say 10.000 per portion?)
armor @ weaponshop (no health and armor pickups)
properties
special properties
* bank (sets the interes for the savings)(maybe multiple banks with multiple interests?)(owner gets a percentage of the interest)
* Frisia (sets the interest for /loan)(maybe multiple loaners with multiple interests?)(owner gets a percentage of the interest)
* taxi (sets the taxi prize)(owner gets a percentage)
* money courier (sets a percentage for /givecash, owner gets a part of this)
* Arms dealer (sets the prizes of the weapons (inside the criteria ofcourse)
* casino owner (manages casino business)
* export compagnie (gets his share for every exported care)
* personal house / apartment , only you can enter the house (safetyzone)
gameplay:
no bugabuse
gangs are possible
when you die your money is gone (properties also?)
Properties expire after 15 minutes! then will be soled in an auction (highest bidder in 3 minutes wins)
when you quit you're out
timeout/crash prevention
(car)teleporten not allowed

no safetyzones only own house
decent ping
~2/3 admins available for checkup
the one with the most money wins ! (maybe create a code that calculates k/d ratio and money or something like that)
little addition due to some misunderstandings:
It is not a server running 24/7, only once a week or once a fortnight the game is on for max 4Hrs, probably a little shorter.We announce when there will be a speedworld and players can sign in from that moment for a max of 40 players. When everybody is on the server we reset all settings and there we go.

A totally different server that is not freeroam like LVP. There is actually a goal here. Get the most points.
I actually find this idea to be great due to the fact that no one has ever provided an idea for a server apart from LVP. If this can happen, I'm behind it 100%

Except for the fact that in this server, players are actually competing to win the Game. Unlike LVP, where everyone does whatever they wish.

If they're competing to get the most money, why don't I just go on normal LVP and make money normally anyway.
