Your name can't include the "~" symbol, so you'll have to choose a different nickname.

That name is too long, it has to be 3-16 characters.
A-Z, a-z, 0-9 ( ), [ ], =, $, @ are the only allowed symbols.

Regarding moving the stats from one account to another has to be handled by a management member. I'm not sure whether they allow it or not. They're the ones who have to do it anyway.
As for the namechange, I'm not quite sure what you meant.
Did you mean that you change Lietuvis to [BFK]Lietuvis and then move the stats from f0rest to [BFK]Lietuvis?

You will have the same bank, but only the hours from your old account.
