Pixlr is an easy to use online application, very similar to photoshop, but lacking a few things. Its the next best thing online! When you create text, it uses fonts installed on your computer. There are even tools you cant get such as the pinch tool and the red eye reduction tool (btw, both of these are possible in photoshop, but not by clicking 1 button). Open images from your computer or from a designated URL, smudge it, swirl it, blur it, burn it, mix it, lick it, then re-heat it :7... wait

What if I want to make animated stuff? Sure Pixlr doesn't have it, but Photoshop sure does.

Dont you understand? Did you even read the name? This is for people who don't Have photoshop. If you have photoshop, you have no need to read this (unless you want to pass it on to someone).
