This is based on the populair duo Bassie & Adriaan. Bassie is a clown and Adriaan is an acrobat. Together they have some pretty cool adventures. But you also have the bad guys like de Baron, vlugge japie, b100. Enjoy this movie though not dutch people may not understand it all. ;)
