At a strange building near the San Fierro highway. There are some bits of water and there are vortexes (hovercrafts) for one of the new derbies.

Try driving a fully articulated lorry off the MC, actually, me and Goat6 found it harder to get it up there. It was 15 minutes of snail pace movement lol.
