PROBLEM WITH MOUSE

i reinstalled xp an when i get to bios my mouse works fine an when i get to xp startup IT WONT WORK, my keyboard works tho

someone please help me!!!

your mouse works in bios? you are only able to use keyboard in bios.
windows loading screen huh you cant use mouse there either

buy new mouse imo

Nonzero can you lend your friends mouse for an hour, just to see if his mouse works?

if his mouse works and yours doesnt, its imo an hardware failure

Cmon dudio! If you help other people with hardware problems, also post the solution!

Some random persons that have the same problem and google around might find it and maybe it helps em  :7

k,told him to goto control panel>system>hardware>device manager>universal serial bus controllers.
then update all the usb ports  thats what i did when i installed xp when no1 worked.
