Good good, now from all youre replies I will try create a list, and after go ingame and up or down players from that list to make the right list, watching some duels.
The first 10 players from list will be announced ingame to fight for that, hope that you will accept and everything goes there fine, and I promise that ill make the list as good as i can.

There's a problem with that. You never said that we had to choose the best active fighters on LVP so people ignored the activity of their choices. Maddolis for example won't be easy to get into the server let alone agree to fight. Especially if the "top fighters" are new skilled players.

You can't even get people to make a list of the best active players as you may not get many active players making these lists.
